MBO “AUTOFIL RT 15”solder wire confers rapid soldering with on various tinned substracts. MBO “AUTOFIL RT 15” solder wire can be used in conjunction with various
methods of soldering, such as soldering iron, hot air, induction. When used with a soldering iron, it recommended to use a maximum operating temperature of 370°C.
Elevated temperatures can be used but some carbonisation of the flux may result.
If required, post-soldering residues of MBO “AUTOFIL RT 15” solder wire can be removed with commercially-available solvents such as alcohols and hydrocarbons, and propriety cleaners.
Our manufacturing processes have been subjected to FMECA analysis (equivalent of AMDEC in Europe).
